Cancellation and Returns

In extraordinary circumstances, If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item once delivered it may be possible at managers discretion to exchange the item to the value, however this will incur a £150 handling fee to cover delivery and installation charges, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer, it is at managers discretion.

If you choose to initiate a return without providing a specific reason, please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging and remain unused. Kindly note that you will be held responsible for any associated charges pertaining to the return courier or postage.

Refund Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. The 14 day returns policy enables you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances

If you are unhappy with an item purchased with us or have a change of mind we will happily collect the item and offer you a full refund. Please read the following Terms and Conditions of returns.

Terms and Conditions of Returns

All bedframes come with a return charge of £50.00. This charge is only applied if the item is sent back for example change of mind, wanting a different colour.

- Please note if the item is faulty we will pick up the item free of charge and provide you with an exchange or full refund within 90 days of purchase.

- Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;

(b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in the condition it was delivered.
